Shut Down - Faster
To Shut Down faster [Windows] +
[R], write ‘regedit’ [Enter], go to
‘HKEY_CURRENT_USER\
Control Panel\Desktop’ and set
‘AutoEndTasks’ to ‘1’.
System – Shared Documents
Using [Windows] + [R] write
‘fsmgmt.msc’ [Enter], it will take
you to the Shared Documents.
Vista Desktop – Symbol size
If you hold [Ctrl] and click on
Desktop and then spin the mouse
wheel you will see how symbols
change their size.
System – Background Processes
‘Start/Run/rundll32.exe’ and
advapi32.dll, ProcessldleTasks
‘ProcessldleTasks’ in XP will force
the execution of the background processes.
System – DirectX Version
To find what version of DirectX you
have and other useful information, just
go to ‘Start/Run/dxdiag’ and read
DirectX Information.
